What is School-Wide PBIS?

Great Oak High School practices Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS), a school-wide system of support that includes proactive strategies for defining, teaching, and supporting appropriate student behaviors. Our vision is to reduce the use of exclusionary discipline practices and improve social emotional competence, academic success, and school climate.

Being an effective team, both students and staff, means we play by the same rules. Check out our agreements!
